O MOVIMENTO STEM É UMA REALIDADE, CONHEÇA-NOS…
O STEM Women Congress (SWC) Lisboa é uma iniciativa global organizada pela Global STEM Women, que tem como objetivo destacar o talento feminino nas áreas da ciência, tecnologia, engenharia e matemática (STEM) e promover a diversidade e a inclusão nestes setores. O congresso procura criar conexões, partilhar boas práticas e reforçar a liderança feminina dentro da comunidade STEM, contribuindo assim para o progresso em direção a uma maior igualdade. Esta será a segunda vez que o evento se realiza nesta cidade, consolidando Lisboa como uma referência na promoção de iniciativas STEM dedicadas às mulheres.
Durante o evento, será apresentada a segunda edição do STEM Women Annual Report. Este relatório reúne dados e iniciativas de todo o país e permite identificar de forma precisa as lacunas na ação para alcançar maior impacto. Este instrumento é essencial para orientar políticas públicas, estratégias empresariais e ações do ecossistema, com o objetivo de garantir que mais raparigas e mulheres em Portugal tenham acesso, oportunidades e visibilidade nas áreas da ciência, tecnologia, engenharia e matemática (STEM).
